Randstad is currently seeking experienced Receptionists for opportunities within Not For Profit organisatons.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality customer service to both internal and external clients
- Providing timely and up-to-date information about services and programs to clients, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders
- Performing general reception duties; greeting visitors, answering phones, processing payments, managing visitor logs, appointment booking coordination, processing mail and open/close procedures and general administrative and clerical duties
- Performing accounts functions including bookkeeping, processing brokerage, invoicing, petty cash administration and reconciliation and banking
- Providing organisational administration support; including ascertaining and maintaining client information and files, stakeholder and community service organisation communication and organisational and operational communication
- Providing support to internal stakeholders; assisting with onboarding/offboarding and managing internal Policies, Procedures and Proformas and ad hoc duties as required
Key selection criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, professional customer service in complex and challenging situations to vulnerable clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to effectively prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously, takes initiative and knows when to ask for direction
- Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; proactively provides follow up as needed and is able to communicate sensitively and effectively
- Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail and commitment to continual improvement of processes and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in a changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to and build positive relationships with staff and clients, including those from diverse social and cultural background
