Your new role
In this role you will have the opportunity to be exposed and trained across all products and services this bank offers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
... - Conduct thorough investigations into payment-related issues, discrepancies, and suspicious transactions.
- Proactively follow up with customers via contact centres, branches, and external parties to address outstanding issues, provide updates, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Analyse existing processes, propose solutions, and present recommendations to the Team Leader or Manager.
- Perform essential administrative functions related to research, investigation, and assessment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
- Collaborating and working as part of a team
Your skills and experience
- Recent Graduate wanting to kick-start your Banking Career
- If you have exposure to Banking or Finance, that's even better but not necessary
- A passion for Banking - the rest can be trained!
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A keen eye for to detail and an analytic mindset
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- A motivation to learn and grow your career
Please Note: successful applicants must commit to 6 weeks of full-time training in the office
